Need Help ASAP on CPU Fan

Ok i have the Thermaltake Armor Series w/25cm side fan. And i am ordering a Q6600 with a Gigabyte P35-DS3L.

I need a good CPU fan that will fit on this motherboard and in the case. I dont want to have to modify anything. I was reading elsewhere about how the Tuniq tower wont fit in this case unless you remove the 25cm side fan which is not an option im willing to work with. I dont really plan on overclocking this CPU too much. Maybe down the road but i really dont want the stock HSF and would like a nice aftermarket one that is quiet.

So far these are the ones i have come up with but im not sure how good they are or if they will fit with my motherboard/case combo.

Id like to keep it right around $50 or less if possible. Im open to any suggestions i just have to order my stuff on Friday and have no idea which fan will fit and work properly with my setup.

I like the Thermalright XP90c It cools well, and has a low profile. I picked this for my setup because I have a side fan. I think this design may be more efficient in in a side fan scenario due the having outside air blowing through the cooling fins.
