i have this ****** report due on the classical guitar on Tuesday and I would totally appreciate it if anyone here who either already knew the answers could post them or knows a link that can lead me to them. Here they are, and thanks for your time:
Discuss in detail the transformation the guitar has made from the renaissance through the 20th century. What are the similarities and differences?
What are ?courses??
Where they constructed the same way?
Did they all have the same number of frets?
What are movable frets?
Were all guitar-like instruments tuned in the modern-day, standard tuning of E, A, D, G, B, E?
Discuss or list composers of each instrument.
Discuss, or list (at lease one of each) the different types of pieces written for each instrument. For example, a ?Pavane? most likely was written for what instrument?
What instrument did J.S. Bach write for (be specific!)?
What guitar mak34er is responsible for making what we now know as the ?modern day guitar??
Did the guitar really come from Spain? How about other countries?
What style of guitar originated from the gypsies in Spain?
