Need Help AMD setup for my kid is acting weird

I have an AMD setup for my kid Azza board, 1300 XP, 40 gig, 512mb ram....


Problem:: If your surfing or just playing a game for around few minutes it will just restart by itself i already did change the Vcard still doing the same thing do you people think its the HSF? or the CPU? or the RAM?

ANY HELP IS APPRICIATED.....thanks...
