Need help again finding a song...

Rock song, can't really give a style...

In the beginning of the song about 15-20 seconds there's a guy that repeats "breath in breath out" repeatedly...

At the end of the first verse, there's something about "electrical feel" or something similar being sang...

Its not Pearl Jam or Modest Mouse, and I can't find it...

Anyone know?

This is my first time hearing the song though, I don't listen to the radio much and had it on tonight and liked what I was hearing...
