Need help advertising in home pc repair

I've put up an ad in the newspaper... but that's not really the market I'd like to reach. Ideally it would be higher class neighborhoods (people willing to spend $75/hr) only. Any suggestions? Door to door isn't really feasible; and I would like to be able to spend less than $200 (at first..)
