Need Heatsink/Fan combo advice

Hey guys,

Long time reader(not of the forums), first time poster. I need some advice on a heatsink/fan combo for the my comp that I'm soon to be upgrading. It's going to have an Athlon X2 3800 am2, Asus M2N-E SLI, Asus EN7600GT in an older Antec case(2 90mm fans blowing in, 2 90mm fans blowin out). Here's my problem. I live in an old house, like 90 year old house. I've got no insulation and only window units. In the summer, the house is 80+ degrees if I want to keep my utility bill under $250 a month, so overclocking is out of the question. What I need is a good heatsink/fan combo that will keep my system stable. I don't need top of the line for overclocking, just something better than stock. Any suggestions?

Thanks

btw, here's a list of the upgrades i'm getting if you need to know more:

Asus M2N-E SLI
AMD X2 3800 AM2
Western Digital W360GD
Asus EN7600GT/2DHT/256M
Kingston Technology Kingston ValueRAM 1GB DDR2 SDRAM Memory x2
