Need HDTV Advice

I'm currently thinking of getting an Xbox 360, the only problem is I don't have an HDTV. What is the best buy for a cheap little monitor/tv that would work great with an Xbox 360??? More than likely it would only be me playing so size doesn't really matter.

The cheapest option would be to get the VGA cable and just hook it up to your current monitor.
