Need HDD > 120GB, does KT266A support this?

Like the title says, I need a big drive, 160GB ->
But since I have a 8KHA+ board with the KT266A chipset which only support ATA100, can I then use the entire disk..

Big disk support is NOT a matter of how fast the IDE channel is. The board's BIOS must support 48-bit LBA addressing, no more no less. Whether the IDE channel then is PIO mode 0 or UDMA-133 doesn't matter.
