Need good recipe for catfish

Well My grand mother used to cook the fatty catfish with lemon and pepper. Then some good Baked beans to cap it off is great. Then a side of cornbread will cap it off.

Hmmm..... got plenty of lemon and pepper. 😀

Grilled on pan fried?
 
Pan fry it. Make sure your baked bean arent barbque make sure they are like molasses.

The corn bread is key too make sure its jiffy. See with sweetness of the beans and the cornbread the lemon and pepper will stand out big time.


Wow this brings back memories I might have to make some tonight.
