Need Good International Calling Card

I'm here in London and I need a good international calling card to call cell phones, to the states and to other places in Europe. I see things online w. great rates, but those are only if you call landlines. If you call cell phones they charge you like 6x the listed rate. I don't really get why. If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it.

I beleive OneTel has cheap rates to the US from the UK. BTW, When you call the US, it doesnt make a difference whether you are calling a landline or a cell phone.

It is different in the UK/Europe/Asia though where you pay a hefty premium to call cell phones. The reason is because in the US, the cell phone owner pays for the incoming call. Everywhere else, the caller is responsible.
