As I have mentioned before, my Shuttle ak31a has lost its ability to run stable at anything above 133fsb. It is pretty stable at 133, but not completely, so I need to replace it now, but do not want to invest a lot of money in it (hopefully $70.00 or less), as I will probably buy an Nforce2 or KT400a in the next few months, and retire this board to another PC at that time.

I want to buy a good solid board that has a 1/5 divider and will run stable at 166fsb, so that I can try to get more out of my XP1600+ cpu.

I have read in some places that the MSI 745 Ultra is very simple, stable, good oc'ing board, that has the 1/5 divider, and that it runs well at 166fsb. I have also read that is can do so in many cases with Crucial PC2100 ram.

This board is still available for under $70.00, so it meets the price point that I need.

What is the consensus on this board, and/or are there any other suggestions?
