Hi,
I know several people on fixed income with little or no PC experience who want to get on the internet. I haven't used a dial-up ISP for years and am looking for one I can recomend to them and won't take too much hand holding to get them started.
This one seems decent: AllVantage
Anyone have any bad experience with them or can recommend another ISP that uses the standard dialer and no ads in the same price range ($5.95)?
