i need a good amd computer around 1ghz or higher if possible...i dont need ram...or monitor...or cd drive...i want a mobo that can handle at atleast 1 gb of ram...if no one wants to look for parts i understand....but can you atleast find a case?? im not too sure where to find a good one...

edit: needs to be p100 or p133...i would prefer 133

The Enlight 7237 is a good, inexpensive case. Last I checked it was available for $65 at newegg.com.

As for motherboards, if you have standard SDRAM (not DDR), then look at the Iwill KK266, which should be available at newegg.com as well.

I'm not sure you're going to be able to get a motherboard, a CPU, and a case for under $260, but you can sure try! 😉

Good luck! 🙂

That was the 75GXP, and it occurred mainly with the 45GB drive. The 60GXPs are solid drives. I've got one (40GB) running in my system right now! 😉

OK, hrmmmmmm. If you go to fry's they have a retail 1.2ghz amd plus an iwill kk266 mobo for $199. Thats only if you live by a fry's. Than you can order the enlight 7237 case with at least a 300W power supply. Truthfully thats a little over budget though, but thats the best I can think of. By the way sale ends july 10th.
