Need gaming mouse under $25

I would get the Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical (your first link) or a Logitech G100s (linked here). The only issue is the WMO is known to have a flaky scroll wheel and is 125 Hz / 400 DPI, but it still is a legendary mouse. I am using that Logitech myself (and also have an intellimouse explorer) and the Logitech is a really solid mouse. The Kinzu v2 has a so-so sensor and the other tow you linked are really no-name generic mice.

I would look for a used logitech mouse. Something like a g5 or g500 or mx518. I'm sure you could find one for around that price, especially here on the forums. GL hunting buddy.

If you're a gamer you want on the fly switchable dpi so think about the features you want and find the mouse in your price range that offers them along with some descent reviews.

+1 for the switchable dpi. It kinda depends on the type of FPS you are playing. For example it comes in handy in BF4 when you go from low dpi run and gun, to inside a tank / chopper / plane where you need a higher dpi to move quicker / easier.

Not only adjustable dpi, but a feature that's new to me with my G500s is dpi shift. That is you assign a button to shift your dpi temporarily to something else you specify. It's useful in games if you need less/more for a particular weapon and in paint programs etc where you might need less for better control.
