Need ftp software - incremental uploading

I need to backup 4GB of data. I already have the server to upload it to.

I need to be able to schedule it to upload at a certain time and then only upload those files that have been changed. It also has to be able to automatically restart if it fails and if it could transfer files that are currently being worked on, that would be nice as well.

Anyone know of software that will allow me to do this?
