Need free program for file/folder differential comparision

I'm backing up several gigs of pics (insert joke/s). There is a bit of cross pollution on the destination drive, and my pc hard drive. A few newer files on the destination drive I don't want wiped out.

Is there a free utility where I can compare Folder A and Folder B? So the program will show where duplication exists?
