Hopefully someone can assist. I just put together a decent gaming machine. P4 2.6, 1GB RAM, GeForce fx5200 128mb video card. Everything else so far has run like a champ. I buy NSFU2 today, load it and the darn thing crashes right back to the desktop when I try to load. Event viewer offers no help. Just said "Yep, the app dies." I tried EA tech support which is a joke.
I did find the tech support page that comes with the game. It said to close all background tasks. Which I've done. I also tried turning off the real time file virus protection. Nothing has worked. I've got the most current NVidia driver and my direct X is 9.0. Windows XP SP2 also.
Anyone have this same issue?
