Need for Speed Saved games, Where?

Backing up stuff before doing a fresh format..
I cant figure out where Need for speed underground puts saved games. I tried searching usual places, like a saved game folder, searched for file name and midified date, nothing..
I dont really want to start over after a fresh format, so does anybody know where the saves are hidden?
