Need # for Creative Labs Tech Support

Can anyone here provide me with the phone number for Creative Labs Technical Support? I have a DVD drive from them that never worked and I need to replace it. It doesn't seem to be on their web site, but they said you can get the number from any Creative Labs manual, which I don't currently have on me. Thanks.
