Need files and info to flash GF3 ti200 bios

I have a Leadtek GF3 ti200 t vid card, I know it is a cheapo version but it worked just fine until about 6 mo ago. I started having lockup problems while playing fast on-line games like [ Gore ]. I reduced the frequency of the lockups by doing the usual driver upgrades, now instead of getting a soft vid lock-up { where I could get to the desktop }, I am getting the occassional hard vid lock-up that forces me to reboot. I think my bios needs upgrading and am asking you geeks out there for any info that will get me on the road to flashing a new bios on my GF3 card. I have successfully flashed mobos and a tnt 2 vid card in the past, I can't seem to find all the info I need on-line to do the job correctly, any help will be appreciated. ronach

PS- My hardware is in fine shape, fan runs good and it is clean, no visible sign of any component failure.
