Need feedback on the new layout

I was thinking of changing the www.asiafinest.com layout to this one http://www.asiafinest.com/template2003.shtml I need some brutally honest opinions! Which one looks better or more professional? Anything that I should change? Let me know! Thanks!

Uhmmm..

To start, I'd kill the margins and tuck your graphics into the screen.. if you understand me...., Add more spaces inbetween your icons and your links... Get rid of the dhtml scroll bar...find a new colour red... Your user/password boxes aren't aligned... it needs a little more structure, looks cluttered.

The majority of your graphical content is advertisements... so, .. uh, get rid of em.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll definitely add more space inbetween the icon and text link.

Anyway, the site looks crowded, could you pick different type of fonts, times new roman looks boring.
Ohh .. red and blue just dont match llaw... if i were you, i would pick some softer coloring scheme, white background is excellent though.
