NEED FAST REPLY: Reverse PS fan w/ Big blow-hole?

I want to install a 120mm X 38mm fan as a blow-hole up top w/ a speed control.

I don't want to reverse or fight the outflow of the PS.

Can I direct all fans inward with this big boy the only outbound fan?

My shopping cart is waiting.
