Need fast help

The RAM im sure will work fine but the CPU can be a little iffy, go to the motherboards site and look for what kind of CPU it can handle
 
Don't worry about what Eric said, he's a 'tard. That cpu is great, and will work with that mobo/ram perfectly.
 
Erickj92: the DS3 was pretty much created for the E6400 and its kind...

OP: The motherboard, CPU and RAM will all work fine. If you're having problems booting, put only one stick of RAM in slot 3, boot into the BIOS and set VDIMM to +0.3.
