Need external usb 3.1 for new WD Gold 10TB HD

My 10TB WD gold drive is in and I want to us it to back up my 8TB drives on my main PC. I have 6 SSD drives and have no more internal SATA port so I am looking for an external case that has USB 3.1 for my drive but I cannot for the life of me find one from a reputable company or one that doesn't come from Shenzen China and take 3 weeks to be delivered (maybe). Any recommendations? I need 3.1 as I have a usb 3.1 PCIE card and want to utilize the speed. Thanks.
