Need expert mobo advice

Have a phenom II 940 BE with plan to lightly (3.6) OC.
Would spend around 130 $ on a mobo with following: NB AMD 790 and SB AMD SB750
(have red a lot about asus M4a79 deluxe but overbudget for me)

What do you advise for the gaming ring I am building?

Shall I get a mobo with realtek ALC 1200 (Asus) or a cheaper one with sound card?
Please advise !!!!

PS: Radeon 4870 1Gb is bought

Whats your budget? I summed up my recommendations in this thread 2nd post so have a look at some of the options listed.
