Need expert help please!!!!

Hi guys, I am having a major problem and i dont know whats wrong. I have the following

abit kr7a-133 raid
1900+ cpu
512 ddr crucial
geforce 2 pro in agp
audigy in pci 3
NIC in pci 6
barracuda IV on IDE 1 master
toshiba 16x dvd on IDE 2 master
Plextor 16x on IDE 2 slave

WD800JB IDE3 master
wd800jb ide4 master

I set up the raid just fine, made stripes of 16k/ 16k cluster using my third hard drive . I made the RAID so its just one big 160GB partition. here is the problem. I have absolutley no problems that i can see if i run my computer off of my baracuda ( non raid) , eveything seems to work fine. If I put my OS on the raid drives however after a while I always get an error with the blue screen of death saying somthing like " page fault " or somthing of the kind, it goes away to quickley and reboots before i have time to read the whole thing, but i do notice that jus before it reboots it says somthing like dumping physical memory. Is one 160gb partition to big or somthing that it creates a page fault? Before i had 2 maxtor d740x's runnign and never had that problem but that was onyl 80gb's. please help i would GREATLY appreciate it. thank you

You can see the error message by opening control panel click administrative tools and select event viewer.

Actually I just scanned your post again and don't see what os you are running. If you are using xp or 2000 the above will work. If you are using 9x you are SOL.

I believe if you are running 98 you can hit the Pause Key and view the message.
