Need expert help making cooler choice.

I've already priced out a system with a Lian-Li PC 70 w/400W, Tyan Tiger S2460, 2 MP 1600's and a gig of Corsair. For CPU coolers I have two choices to work with, the ThermoEngine Super Cooler or the Swiftech MCX 370-OA Fan.

Anybody have an opinion ? (said while ducking for cover)
