Question Need Expert Advice for AMD Ryzen Workstation Build

Hi,

I am a content creator and heavily use Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Davinci Resolve and 3D Studio Max, all on a daily basis.

I recently upgraded to AMD Ryzen and here are the parts that I have currently.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950x
MB: MSI X570-A PRO
SSD: Crucial MX500 (500 GB) SATA
HDD: WD Black 1TB
PSU: Antec Gold (1000 W)

And these are the parts which I’ve shortlisted to add:

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 - 128 GB ( 3600 MHz )
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3090 ( Founder’s Edition )
STORAGE: NVME M.2 SSD - Samsung 980 PRO (2TB)
CASE: Fractal Torrent / Phanteks 719

—————

Do you think the shortlisted parts are good enough for my use case?

RAM: 3200 MHz is much cheaper. So I’m not sure if I should go for 3200 or 3600 mhz and if it makes a real world difference.

I’m currently using the Crucial SATA SSD for my Windows 10 OS & Programs & Media Cache/Scratch Disk, etc.
Should I leave it be? Or should I use the new Samsung 980 PRO (2TB) NVME M.2 Drive for my OS & Programs? And format the Crucial (500GB) SSD to use as Media Cache for After Effects?

So confused. Please help.

PS: I hope to build a Threadripper PC in the future and use this current build as my backup.

Thanks in advance for your help.
