I live in Denver, and I need to get the exhaust fixed on my old 86 Corolla FX16-GTS (originally pocket rocket... lol).
In the past I have gotten my exhaust on other cars fixed at muffler chains, and from what I remember, they didn't seem to last all that long, and their "lifetime warranties" covered things like "bolts" and not important components like pipes, etc.
I have a garage I go to that I don't 100% trust, and I don't have another one in mind. (I think the owners mean well, but some of their mechanics are lazy and don't necessarily do the detailed work the owners explain will be done. That's another story...)
SHould I just go to a muffler chain, and if so, which one? Or, should I spend a little more and go to this garage or maybe a different local garage?
