Need Excel help quick!

My dad refuses to work on Excel unless his column headers are labeled A,B,C as is the default. Well somehow my headers got name 1,2,3. So instead of calling a cell in the A:1 form, you call it in the 1:1 form. Anyone know how to change this back to letters instead of the numbers? Thanks
