Need Example of a purchase order/price list

I need to create a simple purchase order/price list of some hardware for a large corporation. I have not had to do this before and could use a template or example of something I could work off of.

Can someone help me with this request? I'd really appreciate it.

 
Try going into Excel...
Open the File menu, select New... you'll find a couple tabs with various templates listed under them. I found 'Invoice.xlt' which you may be able to edit into a P.O. Hope this helps. 🙂
