NEED ESTATE PLANNING ADVICE

Need a referal to a decent lawyer in the MA area who's good with wills and with estate planning, need to basically set up a plan that will allow me to cover my husband and provide supports for my disabled young adult son that won't endanger his SSDI/SSDI supports.

You might want to look for a good financial planner. I think the successful independent guys are a good place to look since they apparently are doing something to stay in business (I'm a bit biased since I know a couple who are great people, but nowhere near MA). Some are "fee only", which might be cheaper.
