Need ERP or WEB Configurator

Im looking for a generic rules based configurator preferably OpenSource that I can use to attach to my MS SQL Server Datastore that will provide my customers with a way to build a custom configuration of their ideal pc. Something like the Voodoopc.com configurator would be nice. Ill add the graphics and content just need the framework but dont want to pay several thousand dollars for a piece of software like CRM1.1/GreatPlains/Solomoon

Anyone know of something like this?
