i dont believe you are supposed to send any material that would offend the country they are stationed in.

sorry, but that was a problem when my highschool sent a crazy amount of care packages to a former graduate who is in iraq.

There are quite a few people over there that have their own laptops, so it's not always a government computer.

I agree with the government computer part though, that probably wouldn't be good if someone walked up behind you.
