what is ebay's cust service email address?
i'm the buyer needs credit for listing fee where bidder returned item, they require you to file non paying bidder form but since my bidder sent out payment that form doesn't apply, can someone direct me to the right page ?

I'm not positive, but I think refunds are at the seller's discretion and ebay might not refund their commision in that case. Did you try asking in that little chat/message board cafe area?

If you were the seller and you had a bidder return an item, I'm not sure if that qualifies for a refund....Anyways, go to the SafeHarbor link at the bottom of the page and try to find your way through the maze to send them e-mail......

you only get credit if the buyer didn't pay

you got paid but he returned it, a transaction was made ebay wont' credit you jack
