Need DVD help

Whenever I try to play a certain DVD, all i am able to view (on power dvd 3.0), is the warning screen, then after 8 seconds or so, it goes back to the power dvd logo.
I tried 2 different copies of the same movie, and it still will not work. All other DVD's play fine...


any ideas?

Is this movie Star Wars? I've seen a couple threads where people were having problems with it. I was plannin on picking it up at Costco this weekend.
 
I'm in a similair situation, don't know if our problem is related? Certain discs when played on my DVD bring up a warning also (disc is regional 1, will not play on non-modified player, etc.). Other discs play just fine. It's driving me crazy!
