Hmm, that other argument/thread seems pretty pointless. Any KT133A based motherboard like the Abit KT7A officially supports a 133Mhz FSB. I think there was some confusion in the other thread about FSB speeds, RAM speeds, and their relationship to the clock multiplier * FSB.

A locked Duron will most likely not be able to run at 133Mhz at its 100Mhz multiplier unless you have one of the slower/older Durons running maybe a 6 or 6.5x multiplier.

Personally I have an IWill KK266 (VIA KT133A chipset) with a Duron 600 unlocked running with the default 6x multiplier at 158Mhz FSB. It works just fine.

visit here:

www.overclockers.com

check the CPU database for the Duron processor, might open an eye or two for the naysayers that posted at the other link. oh, and i posted a reply on the other thread, too.
