I know ecs has one, and i have look for more but cant seem to find any. My friends wants to keep his sdram for now but wants to upgrade later, so lend me you profressional opinions.

To be honest if someone HAD to have Sdram slots on the board I would say get the board you already have.
Also have you tried putting in a video card to get it to boot up and see if you have a bad onboard video card or bad ram(video card shares system mem.) Also reset the CMOS and remove anything but the CPU(check to see if it is cracked), 1 slab of ram, and anything in the pci slots.

But I would rather someone get some cheap rebate ram and get a better board then limit themselves to a Sdram/DDR board.

I have tried all that you have suggested. I have been on MSI forums and see that many users face the same issue.
I have tried to talk him out of this "budget system" but he is on a budget and 50 - 555 dollars on a mobo is all he has, he already has the sdram and wants to use it. I put his chip in my pc and it works fine. I read to many stories on MSI forums to ever suggest him to replace this board with another one just like it. Thanks for the info, And keep em coming.
