Need Dreamweaver Help Please

My friend designs a site for me using a combination of Photoshop, Dreamweaver and HTML. He sends the site to me in a zip. I open it up in Dreamweaver (to edit it a bit). Now first, let me say while just looking at the pages on the HD in Internet Explorer, they all look basically the same (one dif graphic and some dif text) but the layout is the same. I open up the index. Woohoo works great. Open up another page. Woah! All I see is a black page (the background color) and the bottom 60 pixels of the page, but its all the way at the top of the page. The rest of it is gone. Happens to every single page except the index. I check the page in IE. Fine. But in Dreamweaver, nope. Totally weird.

Any help??

umm i am sort of lost in your explanation, but the ages arent comming up?

The what? Basically the index of my site opens up fine and the other pages just open up the background and one image. That's it.
