Need Dell P2414H refurb advice ASAP please.

I just grabbed a Dell P2414H refurb from Dell for $103.

Is it a decent monitor for the price? How are Dell refurb monitors? Will it have damage or dead pixels? Will this one last me at least 6 years like my current Samsung?

Please let me know ASAP if I need to cancel the order or not please. From what I've seen they will have a S1415H for $180 on Black Friday. I'm looking for a Dell that 22" or larger that will be used for casual gaming. I also have a $125 gift card that I used for the above deal unless I cancel the order.
