Need DDR2 MB for Athlon II X4 635

My E3200, while a great CPU for the money, isn't a great CPU for running VM's. I'm going to grab an Athlon II X4 635 and I've got 2GB of DDR2 already, so I'd like recommendations for a board that supports DDR2 / has 4 memory slots and the AII X4.

I won't be doing any gaming on it, just movies, surfing, and VM's. Thanks.

i know its mATX but if you dont need the expansion slots the Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H is a good mobo.
