Need DC plug to repair Lenovo 3000 N200 laptop DC adapter #92p1160

My 3000 N200 laptop uses the # 92p1160 AC/DC adapter. But an intermittent open circuit has developed in the cable between the back end of the DC plug and the front end of that inline RF/EMI choke that surrounds the cable. I hate to trash a perfectly good adapter when I could easily repair it-IF I could find the right size plug. The closest one I could find to the original is this one http://www.cui.com/product/resource/pp-016.pdf But its inner diameter is too small to mate with the laptop's connector. The ID needs to be exactly 6mm. The OD is 7.5mm. Length is ~ 12mm. Does anyone know where I can get this plug?
