Need customized back plate for rackmount case

Any place that sells cases with the back plate either customizable, or removable?

By back plate I mean the entire back of the case, where the PSU sits, and where the PCI/e slots & mobo connectors are.

I'd be interested in something like this in the range of 3U up to 6U. 4U is ideal though.
