Need CPU fan/heatsink recommendation

I just purchased a nMedia HTPC 5000B chassis for building a HTPC. The CPU I will use is a Core2 Duo. Somewhere stashed away I may have an OCZ Vendetta CPU cooler

Anyone know if this has a chance of fitting in this case ?

If not can anyone recommend a good CPU cooler/heatsink to use with the above HTPC case. Silent operation is a key requirement.

Doesn't look like it will fit tower heatsinks, so there goes 80% of your selections...

The only other flat HSF's that I know off the top of my head are the Zalman CNPS8700 and Gemini. I doubt the Vendetta will fit.
