Need CPU advice ASAP please

I've already put in an order for my new rig but I am having last minute hesitation on the processor and I can still modify/cancel the order until midnight. Therefore, any advice that people can offer promptly is greatly appreciated. I can afford the 3500+ but of course cheaper is always nice. I am pairing the CPU with an Epox 9NPA+ and 2x1GB of Geil Value (PC 3200). I am willing to put in some effort to OC, but I really would prefer to just spend an hour or so on it and then let it be. I have no desire to spend hours squeezing every last Hz out of my system. I'd appreciate any advice that people have regarding my CPU selection.
 
Get the 3000+ and OC it. But it all depends on the stepping that u get. 0531 seems to be good as of now. If u don't wanna take the chance, get the 3200+ which will give u 200 MHz extra and also the 10x multiplier and will OC to 2.3~2.4 even if u get a bad stepping.
