NEED cooling suggestion on Pentium D 805

I'm in need of a new CPU & MB. So I pick the cheapest dual core CPU, Pentium D 805.
But I also read alot of complains about how hot it runs, where its stocking intel CPU cooler doesn't do good job.

Can anyone tell me if the cooler comes with the CPU is really that bad? Any suggestive CPU cooler for this intel cpu?
 
I've never built a P4 system so I can't comment on the stock cooler but I have heard they are rather loud.

I would suggest the Zalman 9500AT, Thermalright SI-120, Ultra-120, or the Alpha PRE9060.

Also make sure you get a good board that is Core2 ready
