NEED: Coolest Running 60GB+ HD

Im looking to invest in a USB 2.0 enclosure for my laptop, but I'd like to avoid hot drives, since I know the low air flow will really have an effect in something as small as an enclosure even if it does have a fan, and im not sure that it does. Can anyone recommend some good, inexpensive, cool drives?

Have you though about buying one of the pre-assembled 60 or 80GB external drives? Since they're already put together if there's a heat problem it can be taken up with the manufacturer, and saves you the trouble. Just a suggestion.
