need cooler for mobo, whats a good kit or just fan ? its a 865pe, asus p4p800

guys my mobo temps are kinda high, 43-44 load and Id like to put a fan on the chipset but I was wondering whats a good kit (and where to buy) or just what size fan (and where to buy) would fit the 865pe, its a asus p4p800

also off topic, are memory heatsinks worth it ?
