Need Cooler Advice, Abit IS-7E & P4 2.8g

I have a 2.8 gig P4 in this Abit IS7-E board and the temp of the cpu reported by the Abit system monitor is about 48C idle and 58C under load(such as playing a game for a while) Should I replace the Intel stock cooler and what would anyone suggest. Would like something easy to install. I have seem some Zalmans that have to be screwed on and block ram slots. Would rather have one that use the standard cpu brackets to install. I love the little levers that hold it all together. My old Athlon Xp scared me everytime I had to pry the heatsink off.

yeah, if you want easy stay far away from the zalmans. even though that's what I use, and like (running 42C idle right now with a 2.4c overclocked to 3.1Ghz)
