Can you be more specific what cool part means?

I don't understand how two of your examples are bands.

Wow those are all horrible songs...

Play some

Soundgarden - Superunknown
Nas - Any Album
Rage Against the Machine - Any Album
Tool - Any Album

I mean this won't test out your surround sound or anything but they all have some great musical variation.

I think this is just going to end up being "what songs do you like" thread

Do you have your system hooked up to a DVD player of some kind? Do you have a 5.1 set?

There are some DVD demo discs that you can download that have some nice effects (especially very low bass that would be cool to test if you have a real subwoofer).
